Why Now?
The policy world, from Autism Act reviews and the 2021 Strategy to parliamentary committees and oral evidence from every expert, is literally crying out for change.
This frustration highlights a critical demand for joined-up delivery, measurable outcomes, a national framework, and a robust partnership ecosystem.
This conference directly addresses these urgent calls.
It becomes the mechanism for "implementation, not another strategy", which Select Committees have consistently demanded.
We are perfectly positioned to deliver what the system currently lacks:
a central reform engine and an accountability framework.
